Your main responsibilities

• Analyse market and custodian announcements on corporate events
• Liaise with stakeholders departments (e.g. accounting, front office, data management, etc)
• Instruction on voluntary events
• Process events in different systems
• Participate in diverse projects which have an impact on corporate actions process
• Analyse cash and holdings differences
• Improve processes

Your experience and skills

• You have finished or are about to finish your study in related field (WO/HBO+) such as Business Economics or Finance
• Minimum of  2 years of relevant experience

• You have affinity and passion for the Investment Management industry
• Experience with the MS Office suite
• Experience with BlackRock Aladdin and SimCorp Dimension systems is a plus

Your team and challenge

The Asset Servicing department is responsible for the correct, timely and complete processing of corporate events, proxy voting, tax reclaim and class actions (law suits). Our challenge is to serve our clients (accounting and portfolio managers) in the best possible way without creating any incidents which can impact the performance of our funds, mandates and proprietary money.

Within the Asset Servicing department you will be responsible for processing corporate actions for all domiciles we are responsible for, what involves mainly analysing market and custodian announcements, liaising with portfolio managers and custodians for instructions on voluntary events, processing corporate actions in trading and accounting systems, process enhancement among other tasks.
